U.S. Census American Community Survey

DATE: September 5, 2017

AUTHOR: Aaron Fernandes

Summary:

In order to compare state or local-level postsecondary finance, it is often important to adjust for population size (e.g. 18-24, or 18-64 age population). When doing institution comparisons, adjusting for enrollment is appropriate, but at the state level, population comparisons are also important.
